Assist the Director of Care with resident care plans, assessments, medication administration, care conferences, staff education, and committee meetings. Provide direct care and customer service as needed, support administrative tasks, and participate in the nursing department’s after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.

Assess residents’ conditions and provide nursing care, medications, and treatments in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and established policies. Maintain accurate records and care plans, monitor safety, communicate with residents, families, and staff, and provide first aid to staff during emergencies.

Drive occupancy growth across three to four retirement residences by managing inquiries, conducting tours, converting leads, and guiding prospective residents and families through their decisions. Generate referrals and new business through community outreach, events, marketing collaboration, CRM tracking, and performance reporting.

Generate and convert prospective resident leads through outreach, referrals, tours, events, and consultative sales, while working toward occupancy and move-in targets. Manage the sales pipeline and performance reporting, build community partnerships, support marketing initiatives, and coach team members on sales practices.
