Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, mastering SQL, data modeling concepts, ETL tools like SSIS, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R for advanced analysis is also required.
