Candidates must possess a DEC or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with over 10 years of project management experience, including leading major programs. Demonstrated expertise in diagnostics, recovery plans for significant projects, establishing project offices, and proven leadership over project managers is required, alongside excellent French and advanced English proficiency.
