The UX Designer will produce user-friendly and accessible products while participating in all phases of the design process, including wireframing and prototyping. They will also document design specifications, maintain design systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet strategic business objectives. Candidates must have over ten years of experience as a UX Designer and hold a post-secondary degree. Experience with AI tools like Claude Code, accessibility standards, and Agile environments is required, along with the ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance.
