Job details

Lifemark Physiotherapy Bathurst & St. Clair 1500 Bathurst Street, Toronto, On, M5P 3L3 Independent Contractor Develop your potential. Make a difference. Are you a passionate Massage Therapist dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Canadians? At Lifemark, your work makes a real difference—expanding access to care and creating lasting impact in the communities you serve. Your impact As a Lifemark Registered Massage Therapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will: • Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes. • Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned). • Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. • Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow. • Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies. Are you the right fit? We're seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity. A great listener, a clear communicator, and someone who seeks to understand what motivates our patients to guide how to personalize a plan of care to meet their needs. Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include: • Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset. • Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge. • 1–2+ years of clinic experience (preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply!). • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Working at Lifemark We believe that when our team members thrive, our patients feel the difference! We’re committed to empowering you to build a fulfilling career, providing the support you need to explore your interests and create your own path. Wherever you are in your career, Lifemark offers the support you need to succeed. You can develop your clinical skills and entrepreneurial spirit through collaboration and mentorship from a network of industry leaders, expand into specialized areas, or advance into leadership positions. Here’s what you can expect: • High earning potential with support to build a caseload based on your clinical interests. • Team culture that values collaboration, learning, and shared success. • Centralized support so you can focus on care, not administration. • Robust onboarding and supervised new grad program. • Ongoing mentorship to support clinical skills development. • Opportunities for management roles, including Clinic Director and Regional Manager positions. • Job mobility, with relocation options across a national network. About Lifemark For over 26 years, Lifemark has been a trusted leader in rehabilitation across Canada, dedicated to helping Canadians live life well. With a national network of over 325 clinics and a team of 6,000 passionate professionals, we provide comprehensive care with a local touch. Our team of dedicated professionals, including physiotherapists, massage therapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, mental health professionals and more, reflects the diverse communities we serve while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and clinical excellence. Lifemark is proud to be part of the Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw family of companies, where we are creating a connected, patient-first ecosystem that brings quality care to more Canadians, every day. Our vision is to create a future where interdisciplinary healthcare providers are part of a primary care ecosystem that makes it easier for Canadians to receive the treatment they need, when they need it. #LI-DNP
