The representative is responsible for preventing theft, fraud, and policy violations through a visible presence and lawful apprehension of offenders. They conduct internal and external investigations and collaborate with store leadership and law enforcement to reduce shrink. Candidates must possess a valid Provincial Security Guard License and a strong understanding of the Criminal Code of Canada and the Trespass to Property Act. Experience with CCTV and surveillance tools is required, while retail experience in high-volume settings is considered an asset.
