Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in the data center industry, with broad exposure to infrastructure, development, project delivery, solutions, consulting, engineering, manufacturing, or related functions. Experience with a data center operator/developer, critical infrastructure OEM, engineering or consulting firm, general contractor, or infrastructure solutions provider. Comfortable working in a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial environment, helping establish new processes, capabilities, and market strategies. Strong strategic, analytical, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills. Preferred Experience Experience with prefabricated or modular data center infrastructure, including power systems, electrical assemblies, modular facilities, cooling systems, or related solutions. Experience working with major data center operators and familiarity with design standards, reference architectures, procurement processes, and vendor qualification requirements. Experience working across both the Canadian and U.S. data center markets. Knowledge of cross-border manufacturing, sourcing, tariffs, and supply chain considerations within infrastructure projects. Experience developing strategic partnerships, technology alliances, licensing opportunities, acquisitions, or market-entry strategies. Background working within industrial manufacturing, fabrication, modularization, or engineered infrastructure environments. A combination of industry expertise, commercial judgment, strategic thinking, strong relationships, and the ability to navigate the evolving data center ecosystem.
