Our client, a growing pharmaceutical company with an established presence across Canada, is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to develop and grow its business throughout New Brunswick. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong B2B or field sales professional who wants to bring their commercial skills into the pharmaceutical sector. Previous pharmaceutical experience is an asset, but not essential — what matters most is your ability to build relationships, develop a territory, identify opportunities and consistently deliver results. The Role Reporting into the sales leadership team, you will take ownership of the New Brunswick territory and build strong, long-term relationships with pharmacy customers. Your focus will be on growing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities and increasing market share through regular face-to-face customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales throughout the New Brunswick territory Develop strong relationships with existing pharmacy customers while identifying new business opportunities Conduct regular in-person visits with pharmacies across the territory Present products, provide updates, take orders and support customers with returns and account-related needs Work toward monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets Increase market share by following an established call cycle and developing both new and existing accounts Gather customer feedback and market intelligence and communicate insights internally Maintain accurate sales activity, account information and performance reporting through CRM tools Monitor customer accounts and support timely account receivables Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity and a strong customer-first mindset What We’re Looking For We are especially interested in meeting strong sales professionals who are excited about building a career in pharmaceuticals. You could be a great fit if you bring: Approximately 5 years of B2B, territory or field sales experience A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong relationship-building and business development skills Experience managing a geographic territory and customer portfolio Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills A proactive, organized and results-oriented approach The ability to work independently and manage a large territory Comfort using CRM systems and digital reporting tools A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Legal eligibility to work in Canada Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, pharmacy or another regulated industry is considered an asset, but is not required. Requirements
Approximately five years of B2B, territory, or field sales experience and a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are sought, along with strong relationship-building, business development, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Candidates should be organized, able to manage a large territory independently, comfortable with CRM tools, legally eligible to work in Canada, and have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle; pharmaceutical or related industry experience and French are assets but not required.
