Description We are looking for a Meat Clerk - Full Time who is passionate about food and enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment! Are you passionate about the food industry? Position: Meat Clerk - Full Time What You’ll Do Ensure the quality and freshness of products by checking dates and removing substandard products Prepare product in keeping with department standards Perform special tasks as assigned Adhere to food safety standards Adhere to proper sanitization and cleaning procedures Follow health and workplace safety standards What We Are Looking For Good verbal communication skills Strong initiative, excellent work ethic and sense of urgency Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to adapt quickly to new situations/priorities, as well as new and changing processes Flexibility Team Player Able to lift up to 50 lbs Work Environment Work is performed in a standard Commissary Department environment with exposure to below normal temperatures and participation in meetings. Work is performed in a production room environment with temperatures ranges between 0-4 degrees. Ability to manage multiple tasks May be required to operate manufacturing equipment as part of role (multiple types) Why join our team?
