Experience as a parts counterperson or any automotive experiences are considered assets Strong knowledge and/or sales skills regarding automotive parts, including function and applications Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone Familiarity with parts catalogues and inventory management systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills Ability to lift items up to 50lbs At Lordco Auto Parts, we are committed to fostering a culture that celebrates diversity, promotes equity, and prioritizes inclusion in every aspect of our organization. Candidates should be comfortable using parts catalogues and inventory systems, managing competing priorities, working independently and with a team, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
