EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to Three C-level Executives: Total Compensation is 104,000-108,000, Immediate Full and Extensive Benefits, 3-4 Weeks of Vacation!!! This a role and you will be required to work in the office 4 days per week and WFH on Friday. The office is close to Yonge and Bloor. The OPPORTUNITY is with a client that is a stable and well-established organization. The organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to support three C-level Executives who are extremely collaborative. The Executives are looking for a long-term partnership with their EA. The Executives want an Executive Assistant with initiative, strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage extremely confidential information. In this role, you will manage complex and ever-changing calendars, action emails, create and prepare executive level correspondence, documentation, reports and presentations as well as plan travel and events. This is an exciting role for an experienced and highly capable EA who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment! Responsibilities include: Manage complex and constantly changing calendars, schedule meetings and ensure that Executives are made aware of last-minute changes Plan internal and external meetings (ensure all meeting material is organized and ready in advance of the meeting) Anticipate the needs of the Executives and manage competing priorities Arrange travel (flights, hotel and car service) and provide a detailed itinerary Plan events for internal teams and attend on an as needed basis Draft and edit correspondence for internal and external stakeholders Prepare reports and presentations for high level/ Executive meetings Prepare and submit detailed expense reports, ensuring accuracy Interact with external parties, act as an extension of the Executives with external stakeholders and clients Review and manage confidential information/correspondence with absolute discretion Qualifications: Previous experience (8+ years) supporting multiple Senior level Executives in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Completion of post secondary education is a definite asset Enjoys building relationships and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders Accurate and detail-oriented with a proactive and resourceful mind-set Strong interpersonal skills combined with professional written communication skills
