Mississauga, ON | Transportation & Logistics Our client, a growing Canadian transportation and logistics organization, is looking for a National Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Canada. This is a true hunter role for an experienced transportation sales professional who knows how to open doors, build a pipeline, and win profitable accounts. You’ll have the flexibility to pursue opportunities nationally and build a book of business with significant earning potential. What You’ll Do Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities across Canada Build relationships with key decision-makers in transportation, logistics, supply chain, and distribution Develop a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry relationships Sell customized transportation and logistics solutions based on customer needs Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through negotiation and close Work closely with operations to ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer relationships Identify new markets, verticals, and strategic opportunities for growth Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets What We’re Looking For Proven B2B sales experience within transportation, freight, logistics, 3PL, courier, or related services Strong track record of new business development and hunting Existing industry relationships and a strong understanding of the Canadian transportation market Comfortable prospecting and building a territory from the ground up Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and driven by results and earning potential Compensation & Opportunity Strong, competitive base salary Uncapped commission — no ceiling on earning potential Opportunity to build and own a national book of business Established organization with the operational capabilities to support growth Mississauga-based position with national scope

Requirements
