The candidate must have experience in retail management and a strong customer service background. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop front store team members. Employee Engagement Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming store environment. Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and promotional execution. Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily operational needs. Qualifications 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in pharmacy, grocery, or high-volume retail. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Customer-focused with a hands-on approach to problem solving. Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and store operations. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
