Role Description This is a full-time role as a Licensed Administrative Assistant at Manulife Wealth in Dorval, QC, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Licensed Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will include providing administrative support, managing communication, and utilizing clerical skills to ensure smooth operations. You will also be completing transactions on securities and other trade-related tasks. Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé(e) au quotidien d’assurer le soutien administratif, de gérer les communications et de mettre à profit vos compétences cléricales pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des opérations. Vous effectuerez également des opérations sur titres ainsi que d’autres tâches liées aux transactions. Qualifications requises Compétences en assistance administrative et en assistance de direction Excellente maîtrise du téléphone et des techniques de communication Maîtrise des tâches cléricales Sens du détail et solides aptitudes organisationnelles Capacité à établir des priorités et à gérer efficacement son temps Expérience dans un rôle similaire, un atout Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais obligatoire
