About the Company At Diligence Wealth Management, we believe that true wealth management is about more than numbers — it’s about people, purpose, and building lasting legacies. As an established partner of Manulife Wealth Inc., one of Canada’s leading independent investment and insurance dealers, we combine the strength of a national institution with the personalized approach of a boutique advisory firm. Our mission is to help clients achieve financial clarity and long-term success through disciplined planning, transparent advice, and strategic investment management. We operate with integrity, professionalism, and a deep commitment to excellence — values that guide everything we do for our clients and our advisors alike. This role requires a high level of initiative, consistency, and resilience in the early stages, with the understanding that long-term success is built through discipline and persistence. You will be supported through mentorship, structure, and guidance from experienced advisors, but ultimately, your growth will be driven by your ability to take ownership of your development and business-building efforts. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are early in their careers, highly driven, and motivated by long-term entrepreneurial success rather than immediate stability or structure.
