Job summary

The incumbent will be responsible to manage incoming calls, order entry, and promote company products to generate increased sales and maintain high customer satisfaction. What you will accomplish with us: Provide an outstanding customer service; Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside sales team with quotation requests; Manage all incoming phone calls in a professional manner; Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers; Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction; Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication; Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures; Address customer's concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner; Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness; Various other related duties including on-call duties to support the branch as assigned by supervisor; Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 50lbs.); Forklift training will be required if the person doesn't have it already; Participate in after hours on-call rotation after 3 month that will involve attending the branch for emergency call outs. What You Bring to Our Team: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Professional phone manner and customer service skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; Problem solving abilities; High School Diploma; Good sales abilities and persuasiveness; Ability to work under pressure unsupervised; Strong work ethic and positive team attitude; Good organization skills; Professional demeanor; Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset); Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset); Safety footwear required. Compensation Information: Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
