Responsibilities include auditing suppliers, managing non-conformances, and ensuring component compliance with reliability and radiation requirements. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in electrical or physics engineering and possess at least 2 years of experience in component engineering within the aerospace industry. Familiarity with MIL, NASA, and ESA standards for EEE parts is required, along with strong communication skills.
