Working from our Canadian Support Centre, be part of the festive fun & join Michael Hill’s fast paced HR team as a Talent Acquisition Administrator. This temporary role will play a pivotal role assisting with the administration of the seasonal casual hiring process, working closely with the wider People and Culture Team. It’s our busiest time of year! As we undertake recruiting more than 600 new team members, we are seeking a TA / Recruitment Administrator to help us make this happen! It’s fast and exciting. Working from our support office in Mississauga, this role supports the People and Culture Team with issuing employment contracts, background check processes, reporting, and prompt efficient service to our Store leadership network. The role will require working full-time hours Monday to Friday for an 8 - 10-week period. More About You: Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening) with the ability to clearly communicate and interact with varying people. Strong administration and organisational skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and apply strong prioritisation skills High attention to detail - experience with multiple systems advantageous An understanding of HR related processes with an interest in Talent Acquisition ideally being familiar with contracts of employment and other onboarding documents and practices Systems savvy with a general curiosity and willingness to learn Experience working with multiple stakeholders to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
