Senior Yardi System Administrator

Oversee system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the seamless operation of critical ERP technology systems. Client Details A company in the property industry. Description Review, troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate system errors and issues to the system vendor when necessary. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Support Yardi Elevate roadmap by contributing to the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Voyager 8 modules. Support compliance reporting and directly participating in a disciplined incident management framework. Develop SOP's and documentation and ensure existing documentation is up to date and organized. Experience managing ERP application administration, including system maintenance, patching schedules, upgrades, performance monitoring, and planned downtime. Experience supporting, administering, or implementing Yardi Maintenance IQ is an asset. Work closely with business stakeholders to support applications and contribute to system enhancement and implementation projects. Manage and resolve service requests related to ERP applications in a timely manner. Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
