Le restaurant McDonald's de Farnham (850 rue Principale Ouest, Farnham, QC) est à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) gérant(e). Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein. Langue de travail : français ou anglais. Responsabilités : - Créer une culture de respect pour tous les employés et clients - Veiller au respect des normes McDonald's en matière de qualité, de service et de propreté, ainsi que des lois en vigueur - Coordonner le personnel, l'équipement et les produits afin d'accroître les ventes et la rentabilité - Assurer la satisfaction totale des clients, quart après quart - Motiver l'équipe en établissant des cibles de quart et en reconnaissant les employés qui les atteignent - Prêter main-forte au gérant de restaurant pour atteindre les objectifs du restaurant Qualifications : - Diplôme d'études secondaires - 1 an d'expérience chez McDonald's ou en restauration rapide, et 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de restauration rapide Avantages : assurance collective, dentaire, vision, médical, boni mensuel, RÉER, journées de congé supplémentaires, congés de maladie. Requirements
