Our client in Alliston is looking for a Warehouse Logistics Manager. They are seeking someone has been employed as a Warehouse Logistics Manager or Supervisor with a manufacturing company and has experience working with CUSMA and HS Codes. Furthermore, this person would need experience managing logistics tool, such as ERP and EDI and have strong Excel skills. Location: Alliston, Ontario. 100% On Site Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Vacancy Status: This is an active vacancy Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 per year Responsibilities Coach team members and create a succession plan Establish KPI’s and performance metrics and report on results Oversee shipping and receiving, inventory management, distribution and warehousing Manage carrier selection and freight optimization Manage and maintain all logistics systems (EDI, ERP, etc) Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations (CUSMA, HS Codes, CBSA, etc.) Develop and manage departmental budgets Approve logistics related costs as well as CAPEX projects Lead CI Programs in all areas of the warehouse Minimum Requirements Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business of a related field At least 3 years of work experience as a Warehouse Logistics Manager or Supervisor while being employed with a manufacturing company At least 5 years of work experience with a manufacturing company Strong experience with Excel Experience managing a team of at least 10 forklift operators and material handlers Experience with and ERP, EDI and Logistics Tools Work experience with HS Codes and CUSMA Experience driving forklifts is preferred. Requirements

A degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of manufacturing experience and at least three years as a warehouse logistics manager or supervisor. Candidates need strong Excel skills, experience managing a team of at least 10 forklift operators and material handlers, and experience with ERP, EDI, logistics tools, HS Codes, and CUSMA; forklift driving experience is preferred.
