Manage and maintain contract documentation, including tracking and version control Support drafting, reviewing, and formatting of agreements Process amendments, renewals, and updates to existing contracts Track key dates and ensure compliance with contractual obligations Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support contract workflows Maintain trackers, logs, and reporting tools Prepare summaries and updates related to contract activity Support process improvements and administrative initiatives What Do You Bring? 3+ years of experience in contract administration or a similar role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Experience supporting contract or legal documentation is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Experience with contract management systems or similar tools is an asset Relevant education or certification is an asset #MT1
