Duties include cashiering, traffic control, monitoring parking availability, and conducting patrols throughout the parking garages. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES * Assist entrants with obtaining tickets from parking ticket machines when required. * Monitor the flow of vehicles entering and exiting the parking garages and keep traffic moving safely and efficiently. * Direct vehicles to available parking spaces or exits and redirect traffic to alternative parking locations when garages are full. * Occasionally spread salt at garage entrances during winter conditions as required. * Conduct patrols of both parking garages and physically observe parking spaces to determine parking availability * Possess strong knowledge of the surrounding area, including the arena, restaurants, shops, local attractions, transit options, and nearby amenities, in order to assist customers and enhance the overall guest experience JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * Customer service-oriented attitude. * Ability to work a casual, on-call schedule with flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. * Must provide and wear own safety shoes. * Successful candidates will be required to complete a credit check and criminal records check prior to hire.
