RESPONSABILITÉS Préparer les écritures comptables transactionnelles de fin de mois. Effectuer les rapprochements et analyses mensuels de différentes sections transactionnelles du bilan et veiller à leur exactitude. Effectuer une analyse approfondie des états des résultats (P&L) pour les bannières assignées. Agir à titre de partenaire financier auprès de l’équipe des opérations, en les soutenant dans leurs activités et en répondant à leurs questions concernant les résultats financiers, les fonds promotionnels et autres sujets liés à la comptabilité. Collaborer activement et offrir du soutien aux autres équipes des finances dans un environnement en constante évolution. Participer aux exigences de contrôle mensuelles et trimestrielles liées à l’information financière. Participer à divers projets ponctuels selon les besoins. Maintenir une collaboration étroite et apporter son soutien aux autres équipes des finances dans un environnement en constante évolution. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Diplôme en comptabilité et titre de CPA. Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité ou en audit. Solides compétences informatiques en matière d’automatisation, un atout — excellente connaissance des formules Excel avancées, de Power Query et de Data Analysis Expressions (DAX). Des connaissances en Structured Query Language (SQL) et la détention d’une certification Microsoft constituent des atouts. Capacité à manipuler de grandes quantités de données et à produire des rapports détaillés. Excellent sens du service à la clientèle. RESPONSIBILITIES: Month end transactional journal entry preparation Monthly reconciliation and analysis of various balance sheet transactional sections and ensuring its accuracy In depth P&L analysis of assigned banners Become financial partners to our operations team by supporting in their business and answering questions regarding results, promo funds and other accounting related matters Become collaborative and supportive with other finance teams in a continuously changing environment Supporting monthly & quarterly control requirements related to financial reporting Ad hoc projects Become collaborative and supportive with other finance teams in a continuously changing environment PROFILE: Accounting degree and CPA designation 5+ years accounting or auditing experience Advanced computer skills for automation is preferred — Sound knowledge of advanced excel formulas, power query, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX). Some knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and possession of Microsoft Certificate is an asset Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports Customer service oriented High attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Must be bilingual Please note that any offer of employment will be conditional upon a background check, including a criminal record check. *The majority of our clients and a large proportion of our employees are outside Quebec*.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an accounting degree and a CPA designation with at least 5 years of accounting or auditing experience. Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power Query, DAX, and SQL is highly preferred, along with strong analytical and bilingual communication skills.
