Job Summary: Musashi Auto Parts located in Arthur, Ontario is hiring for a Material Handler Associate. The Material Handler Associate is responsible for various duties, including loading, unloading and moving products and materials to the designated locations in the warehouse, and assisting in picking and placing materials orders. The Materials Handler is also accountable for checking received orders and confirming that all inventory transactions are completed, documented, and entered into the system, as well as shipping and customs documentation. The Materials Handler will be expected to be experienced with a forklift and a pallet truck. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Reports to: Materials Supervisor, Team Leader Qualifications: Valid driver’s license. Previous production experience and computer skills are an asset. Company Standards: Uphold company policies. Follow all safety procedures & instructions. Actively involved in company and department goals. Follow Musashi’s “5’s” principles, quality, environmental, and health & safety systems. Interact with all Musashi working peers in a respectful and pleasant manner. Job Responsibilities: Loading and unloading trucks. Verifying receipts and entering into the system. Providing parts to the production lines. Loading and unloading material racks. Shipping and customs documentation. Operate Fork Lift as necessary. Perform related duties as required. Personal Skills: Exceptional people skills and interpersonal communication skills. Self-motivated and well organized. Able to multitask. Works well alone or as a team. Flexible with good time management. Excellent technical skills.
