We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commissary Associate to help support our Employee Commissary operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in providing excellent service, managing inventory, and ensuring our commissary remains organized, well-stocked, and running smoothly. Job Status: Permanent Part-Time Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Work Location: Onsite Hourly Range: $22.50/hr - $24.00/hr In this role, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service by providing product knowledge and assisting employees and guests with their purchases. Process sales transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system and handle a variety of payment methods. Monitor inventory levels, complete cycle counts, and ensure inventory records remain accurate across Shopify, Syspro, and related systems. Coordinate product shipments to staff outside the Coquitlam area and collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and issues. Merchandise new products, maintain commissary displays, and support the management of discounted short-dated and damaged inventory. You have: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a frontline customer service role. At least 1 year of experience using retail POS systems and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Experience or knowledge within the health industry, as well as Syspro experience, considered strong assets.
