Job summary
We’re looking for a high performing Inside Sales Rep to join our team and help ensure LTP’s dealers and Outside Sales Reps are supported with best-in-industry service. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all the day-to-day operations in your territory, from staying in touch with dealers and providing top-notch service, to creating reports and making sure all customer order needs are met. If you’re a people person who loves keeping things organized, this is the job for you! Key Responsibilities Provide customer service and support to dealers, addressing needs and requests in a professional and positive manner. Communicate with Outside Reps on a daily cadence, provide territory updates, and work collaboratively to ensure that all dealer needs are met. Proactively review open order and exception reports. Ensure smooth shipping and effective delivery of LTP products and services. Work with Outside Reps to drive business in your territory. Communicate with the Sales Reps to ensure orders are submitted and shipped on time to meet all order entry deadlines and shipping windows as outlined. Enter and process return authorization requests for dealers and sales reps. Provide special events and technical support where needed. Applicant Should Possess 2 years of relevant experience within the bike industry. Post-secondary education. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, flexibility. Ability to work independently and with a team. Familiarity with LTP products or with the cycling industry is a plus. Good computer skills with spreadsheets, word processing, and MS Office Suite. Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. Compensation The salary range for this position is $42,800–$58,000. The successful candidate will be offered a salary that aligns with their level of experience and the position’s requirements.
