You will be in regular contact with each member of your team, sharing your experience with them, mentoring them and, if necessary, travelling in the field with them. We want your talent If you are great at: Sales techniques, communication Understanding the market and commercial insurance Actively supporting the development of team members and achieving results If you have: At least 7 years of experience in direct sales with a focus in commercial-lines insurance OTL or RIBO are an asset The ability to manage a team and help your team members grow. The base salary range for this role is $102,000 - $142,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
