In accordance with the established mission, vision and values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, the person promotes a safe, respectful, and civil working environment for patients, residents, families, visitors, and staff. Participates in a variety of meetings including care conferences and assists with orientation of new staff and students as required. Responds and reports incidents according to established procedures and performs clerical duties as needed.
