Northern Lights Public Schools invites applications for the following position: S2627-20 Executive Assistant - Bonnyville Division Office This is a full-time (1.0 fte) position commencing as soon as possible. The assignment involves assisting two Associate Superintendents and Secretary Treasurer with complex and confidential administrative functions, organization, data management and analysis, effective communications and public relations. Northern Lights Public Schools focuses on improving literacy and numeracy, engagement with stakeholders and the community, and the health and wellness of our students and staff. Responsibilities Will Include Organizing meetings ensuring rooms, equipment, communication and agendas are prepared in advance of the meetings Making arrangements for various functions and events Maintaining calendars for members of the senior executive team Composing necessary and requested correspondence for members of the senior executive team Researching a variety of information for the purpose of providing information as requested Maintaining knowledge of current policies, guidelines and procedures Training And Skills That Would Be An Asset Include A diploma or degree in Office Administration or equivalent is preferred Increasingly responsible administrative experience in a public agency Excellent written communication skills, experience in Microsoft Office and Google environments A valid Driver's License How To Apply Interested applicants are required to create and complete all sections of their portfolio through the 'Apply On-Line' link on our website, in the employment section.
