About The Role: Please note, this position requires a enhanced national security clearance before commencing employment. We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our team, the ideal candidate would be a Fully Qualified 18 th Edition Electrician with experience in Reactive Electrical Maintenance Works. Key Responsibilities: Carry out electrical reactive maintenance on commercial / industrial properties. Carry out fault finding and fault rectification. Completing certification / documents in a timely manner. Skills & Knowledge: Time-served Electrician Experience in reactive maintenance works on commercial properties (essential) PASMA (Preferred but not essential) IPAF (Preferred but not essential) Experience using Microsoft Office Full UK Driving License is desirable Essential Qualifications: A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship such as or equivalent to City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2 The current wiring regulations qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18 th Edition) Valid and in date Grade card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification. Requirements

Applicants must be time-served electricians with a recognized electrical craft qualification, an 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification, and a valid Grade or CSCS card or equivalent. Experience in reactive maintenance on commercial properties is essential; PASMA, IPAF, inspection and testing qualifications, Microsoft Office experience, and a full UK driving license are listed as preferred, desirable, or beneficial.
