Responsibilities: Provide dietary services in accordance with company guidelines and federal and provincial laws and regulations Complete assessments of our Residents and adapt nutritional plans as needed Implement personalized nutrition strategies Deliver client nutrition recommendations to nurses and aides Provide nutrition education and counseling for patients What you need to succeed: Registered and in good standing with the College of Dieticians of BC Experience in Long Term Care an asset Ability to communicate professionally and maintain respectful relationships with residents, team members, volunteers and visitors Exceptional interpersonal skills with peers, residents, visitors, and operational partners to uphold our Optima Living values. Experience as a consultant dietician is mandatory Conditions of Employment Completion of First Aid Clear Police Information Check Clear Vulnerable Sector Check

Requirements
Must be a Registered Dietitian in good standing with the College of Dieticians of BC with mandatory experience as a consultant dietician. Requires a clear police information check, vulnerable sector check, and First Aid certification.
