What you'll do: Reporting to the Fashion Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following: Provide exceptional customer service and create long-term relationships with our guests Understand guest wardrobe needs and provide product expertise Provide in-depth product knowledge Provide guests with promotions and event information that is directly related to the department Assist in product and visual merchandising Ensure area is neat and tidy, putting merchandise away in a timely manner Contribute to the Team in living our Corporate Values of Integrity, Community and Excellence Perform other duties as assigned Why it matters: Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations: Previous retail experience is an asset Demonstrated interest in fashion Strong customer service skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Motivation and ability to work in a busy environment is required Able to perform physical job duties including lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
