Division Information PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 20 countries on three continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry. Job Functions / Responsibilities Administrate and process retail, direct loan and lease contracts while accurately ensuring procedural compliance and timeliness. Prepare direct loan, lease contract and supporting documentation upon request. Complete 2nd checks of rewrites, refinances and transfer of equities and any supporting documents. Conduct and assist with lien registrations/amendments/discharges. Insurance follow-up activities as required. Provide administrative support to dealers, customers and management. Provide telephone back-up for Area Office Assistant when requested. Complete special projects as assigned. Qualifications Three to Five years contract administrative experience preferably in a financial services or banking environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills while maintaining high quality customer-service orientation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail including ability to balance multiple priorities. Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, DocuWare and typing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player and able to work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment. University degree required. The salary range for Contract Administrator is $64,300 - $96,100 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for a full range of benefit options listed above.
