Job Title: Java Backend Developer + Python Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 Days/Week WFO Employment Type: Fulltime Pay Rate: CAD $125K-135K/Year Domain: BFSI Application Deadline: October 15th, 2026 Summary: We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java and Python, with proven experience building backend services, APIs, integrations, and data reporting solutions. SKILLS REQUIRED: 6+ years of strong proficiency in Java, Python, backend development, REST APIs, microservices, SQL, database design, data processing, data reporting, ETL concepts, debugging, unit testing, version control, and performance optimization. Experience with reporting frameworks, data visualization tools, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies will be an added advantage.
