Charter Specialist/Scheduler - Temporary Contract Position SOUTHLAND is currently seeking a charter administration support professional to join our team in Calgary. This role is responsible for addressing the needs of charter customers and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a temporary contract position with an expected duration of approximately fourteen months. Principal Duties and Responsibilities * Answer phone calls, return messages, and handle inquiries * Respond to emails and requests in a timely manner * Assist charter drivers with questions regarding pick-up and drop-off locations * Prepare charter waybills promptly for clients * Attend regular charter meetings * Be available for rotational on-call - weeknights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge and Skills Required * Knowledge of Highway Traffic Acts and Regulations * Multitasking and ability to handle high-volume of workloads * Map reading ability with knowledge of the city, specifically road systems and attractions in the Calgary area * Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional conduct within a high-volume environment * Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal partners * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Working Conditions The shift for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Availability for rotational on-call is required including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
