We are looking for an experienced Layout Carpenter with strong skills in theodolite / builder’s level operation and advanced print-reading ability. Responsibilities: Layout of grade beams, columns, and walls with high accuracy Use of theodolite, builder’s level, and standard layout tools Interpret construction drawings and coordinate with site supervision Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency Requirements: Proven experience as a layout carpenter Strong understanding of structural layout, benchmarks, and grid lines Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently Start: ASAP Wage: Competitive, based on experience Location: Edmonton, AB If you're skilled, reliable, and ready to join a strong team, we want to hear from you.
