We are looking for a Trucking Department Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced, energetic company working from either our Yorkton, Humboldt or Swift Current, SK locations. As a Trucking Department Logistics Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting fleet operations across the organization. You will work closely with the Trucking Operations Manager to ensure load readiness, peak unit efficiencies, and drive increased profits and customer and employee satisfaction. You get to deliver quality work in one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations. Creating positive interactions for all Pattison Ag customers in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth. Responsibilities Coordinate load readiness for trucking requests across all locations and departments Secure permits for oversized and overweight loads and communicate permit requirements to trucking team and drivers Coordinate service work required to prepare equipment for transport Provide trucking cost estimates for internal and external customers, including estimates and planning for U.S. hauling activities Monitor and direct Trucking Department service tickets Assist with monitoring road bans and transportation restrictions Support trucking schedules through effective communication and coordination Maintain compliance with transportation, permitting, and licensing requirements Requirements 4+ years of experience in trucking, transportation, or fleet logistics Administrative experience supporting fleet operations or maintenance programs using business systems and fleet management software Knowledge of transportation regulations and permitting processes Excellent computer skills including MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience interpreting reports and operational data Previous experience in agriculture is an asset Ability to work in fast-paced environment and work under pressure Flexibility to work varied shifts Valid driver’s license CONNECT with us today!
