Issues warranties Takes/coordinates progress photos Updates field drawings and produces as-built drawings Performance of quantity takeoffs Verification of site conditions and coordination of drawings Set-up and maintenance of records Project schedule updates and creation of manual schedules using Primavera P6 EPPM software. Creating and maintaining graphical scheduling using AutoCAD Monitoring of workforce productivity Qualifications Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset. Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required depending on the project site/location.
