Pearson Butler is searching for an organized and motivated person to oversee the client intake process for the Firm. The primary role of the position will be working with potential clients to prepare them for an initial consultation with an attorney. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and overseeing the client intake process for all departments Gather information needed for case review and initial consultations Develop and implement organized systems Light housekeeping Occasionally assist with the planning and execution of Firm events and functions Occasional receptionist coverage: Answer high volume calls and schedule appointments Other administrative tasks, as assigned Qualifications Have Superior Customer Service & Phone Skills Be proficient in Microsoft word and excel Be highly organized High School Graduate or equivalent Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.
