Perform vehicle inspections and assessments including diagnosis issues. Document all work performed to Manufacturer standards and/or recommended on the repair order. Road tests vehicles as required. Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy. Attend all training courses as requested by service management. Assist in training and supervising apprentice technicians. Shuttles vehicles into and out of service area. Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment. Set-up and organizes individual work area with designated supplies, forms and resource materials while maintaining cleanliness. What You'll Bring: Licensed 310S Technician Maintain all relevant licenses and qualifications Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to quality A team-first mindset and customer-focused approach Thorough knowledge of mechanical repairs and procedures. Drive manual transmission Knowledge of Provincial Safety Standards Valid Ontario Driver's License and clean drivers abstract.
