Job summary
Landmark Pharmacy in Kelowna, B.C. is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and patient-focused pharmacist who is friendly, detail-oriented, and open to growing within an evolving pharmacy environment. Knowledge of Kroll and long-term care is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate, including new graduates. \n Responsibilities Provide patient-focused care and medication counseling Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Deliver clinical services including injections and medication reviews Support pharmacy operations including dispensing and workflow management Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations Contribute to a positive and professional team environment Requirements Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia Injection Certification required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and patient-focused Experience with Kroll and/or long-term care is an asset What We Offer Competitive wages (in lieu of benefits) Reimbursement for College of Pharmacy and BCPHA fees Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no evenings or weekends) Closed on all statutory holidays Ownership potential for the right candidate \n Landmark Pharmacy is a community-focused pharmacy committed to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Requirements
