Project Controls/Scheduler

Training and Advancement Opportunities across Phoenix Group of Companies Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software and tools. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing deviations from the plan. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve scheduling conflicts. Prepare and present regular status reports, highlighting key metrics, risks, and recommendations for corrective actions. Implement best practices in project controls and contribute to the continuous improvement of our scheduling processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project controls and scheduling within industrial or construction environments. Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol testing Flexibility in working periods of overtime with travel to site locations. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules while monitoring performance to address deviations. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and provide regular status reports on key metrics and risks.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and proven experience in industrial project controls. Must be proficient in scheduling software and hold safety certifications such as CSTS, WHMIS, and H2S Alive.
