The Dietary Aide is responsible for food assembly, production, and distribution while ensuring adherence to therapeutic menu specifications and sanitation standards. Key duties include preparing basic food items, serving meals to clients, and maintaining the cleanliness of dining and storage areas. Candidates must have a Grade 10 education and a Food Handler Training Certificate Level 1 or be willing to obtain one within six months. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently in a culturally diverse environment are also required.
