Establish and implement policies and procedures, answer telephone and electronic enquiries, and relay calls and messages. Order office supplies, maintain inventory, greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and perform data entry.

Repair and balance tires, provide on-site services, and assist mechanics with vehicle maintenance. Change oil, lubricate vehicle components, replace filters, and install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, or radiators.
