Sous la supervision du Directeur Général, le Directeur des Opérations est responsable de de planifier, d’organiser, de diriger, de contrôler et d’évaluer l’ensemble des activités liées aux opérations de production, à l’approvisionnement et au magasin de pièces. Il veille à l’optimisation des ressources humaines, matérielles et opérationnelles afin d’assurer l’efficacité des opérations, la disponibilité des matières et des pièces et la performance globale de l’usine. Il s’assure également de la coordination entre ces différents départements afin de favoriser l’atteinte des objectifs de l’organisation en matière de productivité, de qualité, de coûts et de santé et sécurité. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS : PRODUCTION, PLANIFICATION ET OPÉRATIONS APPROVISIONNEMENT ET GESTION DES INVENTAIRES AMÉLIORATION CONTINUE GESTION DES RESSOURCES HUMAINES DÉVELOPPEMENT ET ORGANISATION Qualifications Expérience dans un poste de direction ou en supervision de production Expérience en PME ou en usine manufacturière Formation en génie mécanique ou industriel (un atout) Leadership mobilisateur et orientation vers les résultats Français et Anglais avancé

Requirements
Experience in a management role or production supervision, preferably in a small or medium-sized business or manufacturing plant. Mechanical or industrial engineering education is an asset; strong leadership, results orientation, and advanced French and English are required.
