L&D Designer/Learning Solutions Architect: On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Learning Solutions Architect for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. L&D Designer/Learning Solutions Architect - Job Description: The Learning Solutions Architect is responsible for developing innovative learning solutions and leading the creation, execution, and documentation of long-term learning strategies based on business needs and enterprise strategy. This role involves managing relationships and deliverables across multiple phases and requires strategic thinking and strong communication skills. L&D Designer/Learning Solutions Architect - Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner to business leaders and HR partners • Lead performance consulting and conduct needs analysis to address capability development needs • Negotiate and build strong relationships with business leaders and subject matter experts • Develop and execute long-term learning strategy and roadmaps • Collaborate with L&D stakeholders to ensure appropriate staffing and resources • Manage issues or escalations related to the learning strategy • Provide updates and report on the development of learning assets and materials L&D Designer/Learning Solutions Architect - Mandatory Skills: • Familiarity with the L&D space • Learning consultation experience • Vendor relations experience • Negotiation skills • Ability to build strong relationships • Learning solutions experience • MS Office Suite experience L&D Designer/Learning Solutions Architect – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Banking experience • Experience in Branch Banking and/or training • Understanding workforce management • Knowledge of AI tools, Copilot • Compliance experience L&D Designer/Learning Solutions Architect – Assignment Length: This is a contract position from November 9, 2026, to December 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension. L&D Designer/Learning Solutions Architect - Start Date: ASAP. L&D Designer/Learning Solutions Architect - Assignment Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office.

Requirements

Banking, branch banking or training, workforce management, AI tools such as Copilot, and compliance experience are desirable.
