Senior Business Analyst - Payments: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Analyst - Payments for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. Senior Business Analyst - Payments - Job Description: This role involves working on payments modernization projects within a leading financial institution. The successful candidate will manage and deliver business analysis activities on complex, cross-functional projects for Enterprise Payments, focusing on transformational initiatives. Senior Business Analyst - Payments - Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders. • Identify and manage requirement risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints. • Contribute to Change Management deliverables to ensure readiness of stakeholders. • Apply business analysis tools to solicit requirements and align with business needs. • Adhere to Enterprise Project Management governance and controls. • Collaborate with technology partners for system requirements and design alignment. • Support Quality Assurance activities and participate in testing defect resolution. • Mentor colleagues and foster a collaborative team environment. • Embrace diversity and support the bank in the community. Senior Business Analyst - Payments - Mandatory Skills: • Advanced knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices. • Proven track record in project delivery across various disciplines. • Experience in successful requirements delivery for large, complex projects. • Strong leadership and collaboration skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • 8+ years of experience in business analysis. • Prior experience in a financial institution, ideally with a payments focus. Senior Business Analyst - Payments – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience in Agile requirements delivery. • Payments-focused role experience. • Business Analysis accreditation. Senior Business Analyst - Payments – Assignment Length: This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion. Senior Business Analyst - Payments - Start Date: ASAP. Senior Business Analyst - Payments - Assignment Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with 4 days in the office.

Requirements

Financial institution experience is required, ideally in payments; Agile delivery experience and business analysis accreditation are preferred.
