🚨 Inside Sales Representative | Cambridge I’m currently partnering with a client in the industrial distribution sector that is looking to add an organized, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to their Cambridge team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in distribution who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple priorities and keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll be doing • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails • Manage and process RFQs from start to finish • Identify products and solutions based on customer requirements • Prepare and issue purchase orders • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately • Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail • Build strong relationships with customers and provide responsive service What they’re looking for • 2–3+ years of experience within distribution — this is a key requirement • Understanding how RFQs, products, POs and order processing work • Highly organized and comfortable managing a high volume of activity • Personable, professional and confident communicating with customers • Strong multitasking and time-management skills • A technical background is an asset; mechanical engineering or related experience would be beneficial • Comfortable working 5 days a week in the Cambridge office Compensation & Benefits • $50K–$55K base salary + $2K–$5K quarterly bonus • Full benefits • On-site | Cambridge This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the customer side of distribution, is highly organized and can thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same. Requirements

Requires 2-3+ years of experience in the distribution sector with a strong understanding of POs and RFQs. A technical background or experience in mechanical engineering is considered a beneficial asset.
