Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will: Leadership & Strategy Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project services teams (planning, cost, risk, change management, and reporting). Establish and drive enterprise-wide project services standards, processes, and governance frameworks. Partner with Project Directors and Executive Leadership to align project services strategy with business objectives. Provide leadership in high-pressure, complex project environments and guide recovery strategies when needed. Project Services Oversight Oversee cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, progress measurement, and cash flow. Lead risk identification, mitigation, and change management processes. Ensure accurate and timely project reporting, dashboards, and KPIs. Validate project performance against baseline and implement corrective actions. Midstream Project Execution Provide leadership across midstream assets including pipelines, gas processing plants, and large capital programs ($50MM–$1B+). Support joint venture (JV) reporting and stakeholder alignment. Oversee progress measurement methodologies including earned value, milestones, and physical progress tracking. Process Development & Continuous Improvement Develop and implement project services procedures, workflows, and tools across the organization. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and process optimization. Enhance document control systems, reporting frameworks, and data governance. Commercial & Stakeholder Management Support contract management, bid evaluation, and commercial negotiations. Oversee progress invoicing, revenue recognition, and client reporting. Engage with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on performance and reporting. Present project status, risks, and financial outlook to senior leadership. Qualifications / Requirements To succeed in this role, you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related discipline preferred); MBA or equivalent business education is a strong asset. 12+ years of progressive experience in project services / project controls within oil & gas, with strong midstream exposure. Proven leadership experience managing teams on large, complex capital projects. Strong expertise in cost control, planning & scheduling, risk management, and change management. Experience establishing processes, standards, and governance frameworks. Advanced proficiency in SAP PS, Excel, and reporting tools. Experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project; familiarity with EcoSys, Prism, and SharePoint is an asset. AACE CCP (or similar certification) preferred. Strategic leadership and decision-making, with strong commercial and financial acumen. Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage complexity and drive results under pressure, with a continuous improvement mindset. Salary Range for Role $215,000 – $220,000 CAD Compensation at PTAG varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, and 12 or more years of progressive project services or project controls experience in oil and gas, including strong midstream exposure; an MBA or equivalent business education is an asset. Candidates should bring large-project leadership, expertise in cost, scheduling, risk, and change management, advanced SAP PS and Excel skills, and strong commercial, financial, communication, and decision-making abilities; AACE CCP or similar certification is preferred.
